"VINO CON FONDO"

Wine as it was used to be made once, fermented in its own yeast for some months

Sparkling metohd: 

  • the traditional method includes fermantation of wine in glass bottles from  the month of March  after the wine harvest for more than four months in which the wine matures in its own yeast

Organic features: 

  • it's a dry, harmonic wine with a fruity aroma lightly touched by spices with a flavor of toasted bread and hazelnuts. This wine 'alive' is characterized by continous changes due to the presence of its own yeast and the season
  • Alcohol: 11°.
  • it should be preserved vertically in glass bottles
  • served at 7-10°C.
  • Pour it gently to avoid mixing with the bottom
